The Pallet Strap T45 semi-automatic strapping machine for pallets is a new generation semi-automatic machine designed to meet the strapping requirements of pallets. It works with DC motors arranged for each function of the machine and has an electronic strap tension control via a potentiometer on the control panel. More than 30 per cent of mechanical components have been eliminated compared to a conventional strapping machine. It is complete with a folding lance to facilitate inserting the strap under the pallet and allows for quick and easy vertical strapping.
STRAPPING MACHINE GENERAL FEATURES
The Pallet Strap T45 strapping machine uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has a folding lance to facilitate the insertion of strapping under the pallet. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with an adjustable maximum tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with 3 wheels of which 1 pivoting rear wheel is necessary to facilitate the manoeuvrability of the machine. In addition there is: an easyfast® strap guide disassembly system, adjustment of the sealing cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the sealing blade temperature, adjustment of the length of the strap to be dispensed.

La reggiatrice semiautomatica per bancali Pallet Strap T45 è una macchina semiautomatica di nuova generazione progettata per soddisfare le esigenze di reggiatura di pallets. Lavora con motori in corrente continua disposti per ogni funzione della macchina ed ha un regolatore elettronico del tensionamento della reggia tramite potenziometro posto sul pannello comandi. Sono stati eliminati più del 30% di componenti meccanici rispetto ad una tradizionale reggiatrice. E’ completa di lancia pieghevole per facilitare l’inserimento della reggetta sotto il pallet e consente una reggiatura verticale facile e veloce.
CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI DELLA REGGIATRICE
La reggiatrice Pallet Strap T45 utilizza una alimentazione elettrica da 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz ed ha una lancia pieghevole per facilitare l’inserimento della reggetta sotto il pallet. Ha una velocità di reggiatura che va dai 10 ai 15 cicli per minuto con una forza massima di tensionamento regolabile fino a 45 Kg. La reggiatrice è corredata di 3 ruote di cui 1 posteriore pivotante necessaria ad agevolare la manovrabilità della macchina. Inoltre è presente: un sistema di smontaggio guida reggia easyfast®, regolazione tempo di raffreddamento della saldatura (COOL TIME), regolazione temperatura della lama saldante, regolazione lunghezza della reggia da erogare.
