The Milky FJ 100 PF is a versatile, medium-sized tank for pasteurization, cheese and yogurt production, and all types of milk processing. It allows pasteurizing fruit juice, heating milk for calves, liquidizing honey, producing beeswax, etc.
This Milky FJ 100 PF pasteurizer comes complete with an automatic mixer, operating at 104 RPM, as well as wheels.
With a maximum filling capacity of 110 liters, this unit is ideal for small to medium-sized dairies, while the minimum capacity is 30 liters. A 6 kW heating unit can raise the milk temperature up to 94°C.

The Milky FJ 100 PF has an electronic control panel and 4 customizable and pre-programmable programs. You can set:
1. The temperature. The pasteurizer will reach and maintain the needed temperature.
2. The duration. The pasteurizer will maintain the required temperature for as long as needed. When the set time has elapsed, the heating element switches off.
You'll process the milk more easily and avoid waste!
The Milky FJ 100 PF cheese and yogurt pasteurization tank has a 1.2 mm wall thickness between the second and third chambers, ensuring perfect heat transfer from the heating element to the liquid inside. The lid's shape and closure are preventing steam leaks and drips down the outer wall.
