Five (5) Ramp fed Aggregate Hoppers each 30 cu.m capacity
Aggregate weigh conveyor in housed section under the aggregate hoppers
Mixing section including Pemat loading skip, 3 cu.m Pemat Pan mixer, cement and water weigh hoppers, admix weigher, fully sheeted section.
One (1) 100 tonne capacity Cement Silo which is split into 2 equal 50 tonne compartments with 2 screw conveyors, the plant is designed to accept 2 additional cement silos, however, these are not included within the price. Two (2) – additional 15m long Wam screw conveyors are included.
Control cabin and starter panel (A new Control system will be required)
Compressor located in a container.
One (1) 40,000 litres capacity reclaimed water tank.
One (1) 40,000 litres capacity freshwater tank
Four (4) 2500 litres capacity Admixture tanks.

The plant is located close to Birmingham, UK.
